Delivery

Delivery times for Perth Metropolitan area (these times are standard but cannot be guaranteed unless a specific request has been made):

  • Next day delivery for orders received before 12:00 pm
  • Delivery within two (2) working days for all other orders

If you require your order urgently, or on a specific day please enter special instructions at checkout or contact customer service on (08) 9200 3438.

A charge for delivery will apply to all orders unless otherwise agreed. Delivery charge will be attached at checkout at the rate quoted upon account application. At times a higher rate may be quoted if same day delivery is requested, which will be subject to client approval.

If a client authorities 'authority to leave' the delivery, The Goods has no responsibility for the items once they have been delivered. If a residential address doesn't allow the authority to leave with no signature and no one is present at the address to accept the package a re-delivery fee may be charged. The Goods can't provide a time frame for delivery other than our standard delivery window.

Signature on delivery cannot be guaranteed for residential addresses.

Pick Up

You may collect your order free of charge, simply select “pick up” at check out and enter the desired date and time of collection. Pick up orders can be collected as early as 30 minutes after order, for large orders please allow one (1) hour.

Returns

Standard Items

Where products were not as expected or incorrectly ordered, we will refund or replace standard items at no cost to you if they are returned within one (1) month from the date of invoice, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

We will refund or replace any faulty product, at no cost to you within one (1) month from the invoice, provided we have been advised of the fault within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of the faulty product.

Special Order Items

We are unable cancel, refund or exchange any special order items unless the product is faulty, in which case we will refund or replace the faulty product, at no cost to you within one (1) month from the invoice, provided we have been advised of the fault within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of the faulty product.
